Wage Ranges
Employers who participate in the Federal Work-Study Program are required to pay students an hourly wage between a minimum of $16.50 and a maximum of $23.50.
Under certain circumstances, students may be approved by the Federal Work-Study Office for an hourly wage of $23.75-$25.00 if the Department request is approved.
These wages are subject to increases. Check this page each year to see if the wage range has increased.

Earnings Limits
Students may monitor their earnings through Netpartner. Log in to your financial aid account to select Federal Work-Study.
Students may also check their earnings status by signing into the student portal for Federal Work-Study and selecting My Timesheets, which displays the remaining award balance.
Once the Federal Work-Study award limit is reached, employer departments will become responsible for paying the student for their work.
