Domestic U.S. students who attend the School of the Arts, Grad Engineering, GSAPP, or SPS can submit this form in-person or via email to the Office of Student Financial Planning in order to request federal direct loans provided the student is qualified to receive such loans according to their FAFSA, course registration, and financial aid award.
