(Students in Global Asia, Global Americas & Europe and EMBA-NY shall not be automatically enrolled in the University’s Student Health Insurance Plan. - Students in affiliated institutions that have contracted with Columbia Health for care are governed by the rules listed above. Barnard College students are provided care by Columbia Health according to the terms of the agreement between Barnard Health services and Columbia Health.
- Students studying abroad during the Summer Sessions may request a waiver of the insurance requirement and, if a waiver is approved, the health fee.
