Student Service Center

Students should email the Student Service Center at [email protected] or call 1+ (212) 854-4400 to receive assistance with general billing inquiries, help making payments, and other questions about student accounts.

Staff are available to assist Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and Tuesdays from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

Please note: The Student Service Center is not a payment office/bursar and is unable to accept physical payments in-person. Please visit our section How Do I Pay? to learn how to make payments.

Medical Center Registration and Enrollment Services

CUIMC students who require assistance beyond the scope of this site can email [email protected] or call 1+ (212) 342-4790 for medical center inquiries related to their enrollment and registration.

The Registration and Enrollment Services Office is also available for walk-in visits at 154 Haven Avenue, Room 406, New York, NY 10032.

Staff are available to assist Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
