Here are the centrally administered charges that may appear in the student's monthly billing statement. We encourage students to consult with their school's financial aid office to understand what other costs may make up their total cost of attendance, such as books and supplies; room and board; personal expenses, etc.
TUITION AND FEES
$14,460 flat rate for 10.5-13.5 points
$1,446 per point for fewer than 10.5 points
For more than 13.5 points, flat rate is charged, plus the $1,446 per-point rate
Summer Session Instructional Technology Fee, Social Work
Students enrolled in the regular Summer Session occurring in May, June, and July will be charged a Summer Session Instructional Technology fee of $110.00.
University Facilities Fee, Morningside Campus
$444 for 12 or more points
$226 for fewer than 12 points

For students newly admitted in Summer Sessions for all programs registered for 12 or more points.

(If applicable) Document Fee
All students registered in the University shall be charged a one-time $105.00 Document Fee that entitles students to e-transcripts, enrollment and degree certifications, and the mailing of the original diploma.

The Student Events Fee of $450.00 is charged once to each newly matriculated student in the first term of registration.

(If applicable) Student Activity Fee, Social Work
All students shall be charged a student activity fee of $75.00, with the exception of PhD students, students with Professional Excellence Course Registration, and students enrolled only in the Introduction to Statistics course.
(If applicable) Introduction to Statistics, MSW Students
The Introduction to Statistics course is a required course for all MSW students. This non-credit course will meet for five sessions and students enrolled will be charged $450.00.
(If applicable) Learning Resource Fee
Students enrolled in the Online Campus shall be charged a Learning Resource Fee of $200.00.
(If applicable) Late Payment Charge
All students shall be subject to a one-time late payment charge of $150.00 if the total amount due for the term is not paid on or before the due date, or if increased charges resulting from subsequent changes to a student’s program are not paid at the time of the change.
In addition, a charge of 1.5 percent per billing cycle will be imposed on any amount past due.

All students holding a non-resident visa will be charged an International Services Charge of $80.00 each term. This fee supports the University’s services to international students.
